Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (courses, information, and software) on Ayyorah Education for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Ayyorah Education at any time.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Course Content

All course materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Ayyorah Education or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of the content without express written permission.

5. Payment Terms

Course purchases are processed securely through our payment providers. All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise stated.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase and are subject to review and approval.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to post the refund may vary.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any advertising or promotional material
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Ayyorah Education, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any automated use of the system

7. Disclaimer

The materials on Ayyorah Education are provided on an 'as is' basis. Ayyorah Education makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitations

In no event shall Ayyorah Education or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Ayyorah Education.

Ayyorah Education may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Ayyorah Education shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, India.
